ART WORKS
Drawing out your Creativity
Art is limited only by one's imagination.
Art allows you to fully expand your creativity. It is about exploring the possible, the impossible, the probable and improbable.
But it is also about seeing. Observing. As such, it is an ideal means to compare 'where you are' with 'where you could be'.
In this respect, it allows you to step back and take stock of your life, your work. And then offer direction into the future.
Doodle
Think of the times when you most rely on your creativity. A planning meeting perhaps, or brainstorming session. You, or someone near you, will start to doodle. Detailed little drawings on the notepad that seem to come from nowhere.
That is your creative mind recognising the power of art. Drawing is often the first thing we do, instinctively, when we free our creativity.
Individuality within the Team
Primarily of course, art is about individual expression and our classes reflect this.
But we also recognise the need to develop teamwork. By creating and re-creating artwork in small teams, we notice strengths and weaknesses in ourselves and those around us.
Our art teachers are practising artists who also have long experience teaching at art schools.
