Experiential Learning

Forum Theatre offers you the chance to discuss the themes and issues behind real life situations. To make, and change the outcome of the choices we make.

It is a powerful method of learning and, at once, you can see both sides of a situation. As an outsider, you witness the results of actions, be they good or bad. Then you have the chance of changing those actions. In just an hour or so of theatre, you can avoid making the mistakes that could take months or years to sort out.

And it is all done in a fun and entertaining way. That's got to be worth a morning of anyone's time.

Managing your Expectations

Our writers will create scenarios that meet your specific requirements. Generally, improvisation works best but we have also created scripted pieces dealing with very specific issues.

Whether the Training Session is a small part of your Company Conference or a full day's training on site and rolled out for your entire workforce, we can create a training package that is right for you.

FACILITATORS

As actors and writers, we are highly experienced in this sort of work but we don't claim to be business psychologists (we produce Murder Mysteries and Pantomimes, for heaven's sake).

However, psychology is important in this area. We work alongside specialists who can facilitate or at least assist in the creative process.
